We have produced millions of hubs, flanges, differential cases, carrier housings, and other axle components—to the tightest tolerances, using proprietary tooling and equipment designs that we’ve been improving continuously over four decades in the industry. Our customers benefit from our expertise in multiple processes for design assist, machinability, heat treatment, and assembly every day.

Systrand has 40+ years of precision machining, and more than a decade of high-volume, high-precision gears manufacturing experience. We’ve been supplying the auto industry with high-volume, high-precision gears since 2011, which makes us uniquely suited to offer design collaboration for increased manufacturability to every customer.

Our production and engineering teams benefit from the latest CAD/CAM software, 3D modeling, CNC and manual machines, and Zeiss coordinate-measuring machines. Our internal tool room department can expedite any part-specific machining work we need to compress timing. In production, we can include an advanced 100% noise signature analysis on critical components, capable of isolating ghost order noise and other extremely subtle sources of unwanted vibration.
